2024 Annual Report

Brian
Eno

Admin & U.S. Missions

Looking back, I realize this year marks an entire year since I returned to the OMN to serve as the Lead Pastor of Administration. Here is how I view my assignment as Network…

  • Secretary, I steward the King’s call on people’s lives.
  • Treasurer, I steward the King’s treasures.
  • US Missions Director, I help advance the kingdom of God throughout Oregon.

Whenever I start a new assignment for the Lord, He gives me a scripture to hold onto; it helps me in difficult and victorious times. This time, He gave me 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 “Be alert, stand firm in the faith, be courageous, be strong. Do everything in love.” After a year, I understand why He gave me this scripture. This assignment requires alertness, faith, courage, strength, and an abundance of love for His people.

Core Principles

In 2024, I worked to build a strong foundation for this office based on three core principles.

Jesus Centered

Working from a place of overflow, caring for our souls, and keeping Jesus at the center of our lives, families, and work. Functioning in a way that brings honor to God.

Value People

Understanding this office involves both paper-work and people-work and knowing that we exist to serve people, not just solve problems and complete tasks.

Quality Service

Striving to seize opportunities to improve our systems and structures, making our service to the OMN family more efficient and effective.

Looking Forward

Here are some things I look forward to in 2025.

  • Improving the credentialing process and annual credential renewal experience.
  • Redesigning the OMN website and app with David Kennedy and our media team to make it more user-friendly.
  • Working with Jeremy Anderson and our finance team to expand Synergy’s financial services to more OMN churches.
  • Collaborating with John Bagorio and our Ministry to Men team to develop more 360 men in our churches.
  • Partnering with Mike and Kathy Field and the CARE Team to continue providing quality care to all our credentialed ministers and their families.
  • Advancing God’s kingdom throughout the state with our US Missions team and ministries.
  • Striving to achieve our “Accelerate the Now” three-year Chi Alpha campaign to raise a million dollars to reach and disciple a million university students in Oregon.

In closing, I want to thank Pastor Lee and Cindy McCloud for their exceptional leadership, my Executive Assistant, Sheri Macauley, my Administrative Assistant, Moira Price, and our finance and media teams who support me daily.

Barbara and I are grateful for the opportunity to serve our OMN family and eagerly anticipate what 2025 will bring. Please ask the LORD to keep us alert and give us faith, courage, strength, and an abundance of love for His people.
