A Safe Place
WWL is a safe place for our women leaders in ministry at the local churches to be renewed, resourced, and build relationships. By providing support and tools, we encourage them to grow in their calling and partner with other women to support and encourage them. We see the whole of them in their vast and complex roles. Their leadership and stories are powerful. We want them to be emotionally, physically, and spiritually refreshed for the sake of the Gospel.

2024 Highlights
Some highlights for 2024 were the Women Who Lead Conference, Project Rescue Endeavor, India Vision Trip, and Elite Ladies.
Women Who Lead Conference
This conference is a leadership ministry gathering from local churches throughout the state. In 2024, we had 180+ ladies. Nonda Houston, the National AG Women’s director, Paula Noble, Maria Carney, Andrea Mendenhall, and Rosa Gonzalez encouraged and equipped attendees.
Project Rescue
WWL raised $6000 for Project Rescue to help with building and ministry needs.
Jaipur, India
In October, I was invited to join Nonda Houston and six other national leaders to visit the Project Rescue outreach in Jaipur, India. While there, we held a two-day women’s conference, visited the PR outreach center, and fed and ministered to over 100 children. We ministered to the women who have come out of trafficking, taught cooking classes, and toured the center where they are trained to sew, embroider, and cook to support themselves and their children. We visited with them in their homes. We prayed over people for healing and saw many lives touched and transformed. What an incredible ministry.
Elite Ladies
Elite Ladies are the widows of our Oregon Ministers. Elite Ladies receive a Christmas card and a $25 gift card every December. We truly appreciate these ladies and all they have done and continue to do to advance God’s Kingdom.
