2024 Annual Report

As we reflect on the past year, I am thankful for the nearly 50 members of the CARE Team and each person who allowed us to serve them. We approach our role first as friends; relational equity goes a long way in how we serve, pray, encourage, and support every minister connected to the OMN.

We ministered to international workers, ministry leaders, grieving spouses, sick or discouraged friends, and family members who needed a space to be seen and heard. When our friends needed more, we arranged specialized care and support. What we do is free or minimally subsidized through funds designated by the OMN leadership.

We serve credentialed OMN ministers and their families. We also understand the rigors of church staff and locally credentialed ministers, and we make no distinction in what we provide to all ministers connected to the OMN.

2024 was good, but not without its trials and goodbyes. Isaiah reminds us that Jesus is a man of sorrows, well acquainted with grief. Jeremiah writes in Lamentations that God will have compassion according to the abundance of His steadfast love. Paul writes in 2 Corinthians that Godly sorrow produces repentance, leading to salvation without regret.

Looking forward, we will empower healthy leaders by offering an encouraging presence, sustaining tools, and resiliency techniques through a team of fellow OMN leaders in various roles. We aim to be a presence at every OMN event.

We start with a friendly and confidential conversation. We’d love to connect with you. You can leave a message on our confidential phone line: 971-599-2347.
